BETRRR, a sole proprietorship enterprise, operates this website and app. These terms govern your use of Betrrr. Please read them carefully.
Using Betrrr
You must be able to form a binding contract to book tickets. Keep your account secure and don't misuse the service or attempt to resell tickets outside the platform where prohibited.
Tickets & entry
We're currently onboarding event organisers. Ticket purchase is only enabled for events explicitly marked as bookable; where enabled, tickets are issued by or on behalf of the event organiser and entry is subject to the organiser's and venue's terms. A valid QR code is required at entry.
Payments & fees
Prices are shown before you pay, including any applicable fees. Bookings are confirmed once payment succeeds and your ticket appears in your wallet.
Cancellations & refunds
Refunds depend on the event's policy shown at checkout. Where a booking is refundable, refunds are returned to your Betrrr wallet.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
